Marilyn Manson Concludes North American Spring Tour

Marilyn Manson has just wrapped up touring through North American for the spring leg of the One Assassination Under God Tour. This was Marilyn Manson's first headlining tour in North America since the release of the new album "One Assassination Under God - Chapter 1."
Last year saw Marilyn Manson return to the stage touring with Five Finger Death Punch across North America and a few headlining shows between which sold out. Marilyn Manson then performed a sold out headlining tour in Europe this past February and has now completed the spring leg of his headlining tour in North America which ran throughout May and was almost all sold out!
A handful of festivals were also in the touring schedule which were also a huge success for Marilyn Manson. Across social media there was a wealth of praise for Marilyn Manson from festival goers who had attended and had to express how incredible Marilyn Manson's performance was. For some attendees Marilyn Manson's performance remained the highlight of the festivals proving that Marilyn Manson is more than back!
The live band featured the incredible line up of Tyler Bates on guitar, Reba Meyers on guitar, Gil Sharone on Drums and Matt Montgomery on Bass. The headlining shows of the tour also saw Black Satellite as special guest to open the shows.
Perhaps the favourite moment from the North American leg was that Marilyn Manson surprised everyone and added "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell" to the setlist, the song which had never had it's live debut until now was performed at every show across the spring tour even including festivals. Check out some of the videos below, the performance is so incredible and the song has always been a fan favorite that we're all hoping it remains permanently in the setlist throughout all the upcoming legs of the tour.

Marilyn Manson also included "Get Your Gunn" from 1994's "Portrait Of An American Family" a song that hadn't been performed live since 2014 and even then it was only a handful of times and wasn't performed before that since 2005. Adding the song back into the setlist after many years, it was a much welcomed addition!

At the end of April Marilyn Manson released his cover of Phil Collins hit "In The Air Tonight" which was released via a physical CD and digital downloads, across the tour Manson added the cover into the setlist at different shows for an encore. It appears from setlist details that it became interchangeable with "One Assassaintion Under God" the title track from the new album which also appeared at some shows as an encore.

Another new song made it's live debut from the new album "One Assassasination Under God - Chapter 1" which was "Sacrilegious" which sounds incredible live, check the video below!

Marilyn Manson now takes a break from touring before resuming in July and August which will see Marilyn Manson at festivals in the USA to wrap up the Summer tour leg before proceeding with a huge tour in the Fall which covers more of the USA and Europe.
